This NACE meeting was so informational! Hana Chughtai of Mani Mela gave such a great presentation on South Asian Weddings. Minneapolis is a melting pod and it’s so wonderful to be able to learn more about the different cultures. We enjoyed some wonderful Indian Cuisine, henna tattoos, a wonderful dj/ who also performed. All while enjoying the beauty of Orchestra Hall! I absolutely cannot wait for the next time to be a Minnesota Orchestra Hall Photographer.

Barb and Jack had such a beautiful day for a wedding! There were even wild turkeys that made a visit, which everyone thought was so cool, because Jack is a hunter. Barb and Jack met like everyone does in later in life (late 60s, early 70s) on Match.com. Barb’s Mom even asked if Jack was a serial killer when they first met! Barb wrote on her profile that she wanted someone who loved Jesus more than himself and Jack responded. If that isn’t a man after God’s own heart for her, than there isn’t anyone! The Garden Room was beautiful as always, and it’s such a joy to be a Garden Room of Eden Prairie Wedding Photographer.

Claire and Chris first met at a friend’s house, He winked at her from across the backyard. When Claire smiled in return, he walked over and they talked all night long. The 24 karat rose that Claire used for her “bouquet” has a lot of special meaning behind it. After Christmas Eve mass they were opening presents and Chris said his present had to be the last. Claire ripped the present open to a fine leather box, within it was the rose. Claire thought Chris was going to say something but then Lisa, her mom was crying. Chris was down on a knee. They were both so speechless they just hugged and celebrated. A formal “yes” wasn’t even necessary, Chris knew. Chris and Claire had their wedding reception in Claire’s parents backyard. Their families mean everything to them, so what better way to celebrate and combine a family than at home?! It’s been many years since I photographed a St Wenceslaus Catholic Church Wedding, but it’s always great to be a New Prague Wedding Photographer!

As I mentioned before, I am the official NACE Minneapolis Photographer. This is such a great experience for me, because I get to show off my food photography! As a Hilton Minneapolis Photographer, I was able to showcase the hotel, the amazing dinner and document an even at their downtown location. This NACE event was a recap of the NACE 2018 Experience in Palm Springs. It went over food through the decades and the different types of dining and catering trends. It’s always great to be there to capture the event and see familiar faces!

This Save the Date session was such a blast, Nicole contacted me to photograph them when they were on a private tour of the US Bank Stadium. The best part was: Tyler had no idea about the tour, or the session. Tyler has been a Minnesota Vikings fan his entire life and Nicole wanted to surprise him with a once in a lifetime opportunity. My husband and I were on the tour, and Tyler thought we were just a part of the tour group. Half way through the tour, Nicole let him know that I was actually there to photograph them! Tyler was so taken back, not only was the tour such a surprise and awe for him, but now it was going to be photographed! I photographed the first wedding at US Bank Stadium right before it opened and I was thrilled for a chance to be a US Bank Stadium Photographer again.

Brittany and Micah met a couple of years ago when the worked out at the same gym, Micah was totally that “creeper” that everyone tries to avoid – JUST KIDDING! These two are literally made for each other. They enjoy all the same things and have great personalities that complement each other. Whether they are on vacation on some sandy beach with blue ocean, or at the gym these two are content as long as they are together. They chose Legends Golf Club because of how beautiful the grounds are. I couldn’t agree more! I had an amazing time as a Legends Golf Club Wedding Photographer. There are so many beautiful places on the property to photograph. Between downtown Northfield and Legends, we had way more than enough beautiful backdrops!

I met Caitlin while showcasing at The Gardens of Castle Rock and I couldn’t be more exciting to be photographing their upcoming wedding at Brackett’s Crossing Country Club. I recently have been photographing a lot at Country Club’s and Golf Courses and I could be more happy to be a wedding photographer at these gorgeous outdoor locations! Not only did we have an amazing sunset for Caitlin and Lee’s Ritter Farm Park Engagement, but the bugs didn’t bother us either! This time of year there are two downfalls, bugs and humidity. Matti and Logan are getting married in January, so the Vineyard isn’t a viable option for their ceremony site, so we figured why not for the engagement?! The clouds rolled in the closer we were to the start time of the session, but it actually worked out. The sky looked great! Cannon Falls Winery Vineyard is such a beautiful backdrop for photography, and I can’t wait for their big day as a Cannon River Winery Wedding Photographer.

This shoot was such a fun and great experience! As a Weddings at the Broz Photographer, I was able to show off a new style that I don’t often get to use. For this shoot, we were going for more of a dark and moody feeling. A lot of the time, my photography is actually really bright and bursting with color! I had a hard time choosing the images for this sneak peek, there are SO many amazing ones. The models and the vendors went all out and this shoot went off amazingly.

Weddings at the Broz is a new venue in New Prague, and I couldn’t be more happy! Not only do I love Jackie, who runs it, but I have a special place in my heart for New Prague, MN. My husband and Dad are both from New Prague, and years ago (many years!), I had my senior photographs taken in this building. It is such a beautiful space and I can’t wait to photograph my next wedding as a Weddings at the Broz Photographer here!

It is so much fun to be a part of parties. Aurelia’s second birthday party was no exception, as you can see in the photo, she was super excited to turn two! She ran around with that balloon until the wind took it and then it was stuck in the tree. As many children, she thoroughly enjoyed her cupcake and was amazed by the flame! As a Jordan Family Photographer, I often am able to be a part of milestones, such as this!
