I photographed Tucker when he was in his Mom’s belly, so it was wonderful being able to see him once he was born! It’s always a joy to be able to document both milestones and get to know Mom and Dad before their new addition. This was my first newborn in my new studio and I love the new huge window for window light! I’ve been a Jordan Newborn Photographer for many years, and now I’m a Belle Plaine Newborn Photographer. Not too far of a distance but much bigger shooting space.

Logan had some great ideas involving his bike and the American Flag (LOVE!!), all such original ideas for a session. This was definately a great location as a Belle Plaine Senior Photographer.

Diane and Chris had met essentially on a blind date, the only thing Diane knew about Chris was a photo his sister had shown her on Facebook. Well, the blind date went well, because they hit it off! What most people would think is working, are projects that Chris and Diane love to do together. They had intially planned to get married on their front lawn, but the rain had other ideas. They moved the ceremony to Creeksbend Golf Course where they had planned for their reception- they loved the barn look as they both had been born on dairy farms. Such a beautiful venue and always a treat to be a Creeksbend Golf Course Wedding Photographer!

For Leah, this was a perfect way to showcase her personality- she didn’t even need any props, her clothes showcased her well. I haven’t had too many seniors from Shakopee so it was great to be a Shakopee Senior Photographer!

Senior Portraits are one of the best ways to show off personality. Through props, clothing and scenery. For Judson, hockey is a huge part of his life, so of course he had a jersey! These portraits document a time in their lives that when they look back at the can remember exactly how they felt in those moments. Tri-City United school district is three towns: Lonsdale, Le Center and Montgomery. It’s always great to be a Tri-City United Senior Portraits photographer for this district and to showcase these students.

If you live in the area, you know what Clancy’s is, if not – you need to get out more! Kaitlyn and Mike met at Clancy’s through a mutual friend. Mike’s good work friend and Kaitlyn’s neighbor, well apparently Luke (groomsman) knew how to make a connection! Kaitlyn and Mike are laid back people that like to have a good time together. Whether it’s butchering chickens the day Mike plans on proposing, relaxing in the pool with a drink in hand, tending the garden for produce or cooking and grilling. These two are truly a great match and their barn venue at Scenic Escape Barn couldn’t have fit them any better! I truly love the chance again as a Scenic Escape Barn Wedding Photographer.

Katie took a chance by hopping on a dating site to try to find a potential “someone”, she was really looking for someone close by because she wanted a walking partner. Well, she really lucked out, beacause she matched with Joe and it said he was only .5 miles away. Their walks continued from that day and it was on one of their walks at Schaar’s Bluff that Joe propsed! These two built an immediate friendship and now have walking buddies for life!

Chris and Heather have a great sense of humor, and you can see when you are with them they really enjoying joking. In fact, one of their quirks is that they like to jokingly call each other “offensive” names for absolutely no reason. Now this may sound a little off, but if you know Heather and Chris, you would know it’s really quite hilarious. Their wedding dinner aprons are a great glimpse into their humor. The fall colors were absolutely amazing and it was a beautiful day for Next Chapter Winery Wedding Photography!
