I absolutely adore this park! It has so many things for a photographer to utilize. Working with the Lanctot family was so much fun, Graham was adorable! Like most two year olds, he loves trains so this was a giant playground for him. He even brought along his own favorite trains!

Molly and Matt met through a mutual friend, who set up a night out for them to meet. Although things didn’t go exactly as planned. Molly didn’t like the fact that Matt wasn’t as lively as she hoped, he didn’t even like to dance. As the night went on, Molly warmed up to Matt and they ended up deciding to spend more time together and talk the night away. Both Molly and Matt are easy going people with infectious laughs. One of the things they love most about each other is that they enjoy trying new things and how laid back the other is. They enjoyed a mini moon up North to enjoy the fall colors, but this winter they are saying “goodbye” to the cold and headed somewhere tropical! I have been friends with Stevie for almost 10 years. I have had the joy of watching her and Tim’s relationship, and family grow! Their two boys are so much fun, the littlest laughs at everything so it was easy to make him smile for the camera. Even though it was a slightly overcast day, the fall colors were BEAUTIFUL! This Three Rivers Park has become my new favorite place to photograph. I had the pleasure of doing Natalie and Adam’s family session again this year, and we had an awesome time. Natalie and Adam are always great models, so I had no doubt the photos would come out beautiful. Kuzco and Yzma were so well behaved, and seriously how cute are their “outfits”?! Yzma looked so lady like in her necklace, and Kuzco was so dapper in his tie!

Liz and Elliot met when they both worked at the same place, and the attraction was immediate. I had the pleasure of shooting their engagement a couple months ago, and I could see the love they shared, first hand. Every couple is anxious to get married once engaged, but Liz could absolutely not wait. She is not only over the top in love with Elliot, but she wants to start a family as soon as possible. The wedding was on one of the hot weekend that we’ve had this year, but we were lucky enough for a slight breeze and a little break of heat. The day went beautifully and we had a gorgeous sunset, plus a full moon!

Growing up we all have memories of the lake – staying in cabins, lake homes, and sometimes roughing it in the tent. Regardless of the conditions we slept in, everyone always had a blast! Nicole and Vinnie have spent years going to the lake together, and it’s where their love blossomed. They decided there would be no better place than where their love formed to take their vows. It was a beautiful day for a wedding, even the strange flash flood that came before the ceremony couldn’t ruin the mood. The rain did wonderful things to the sky and created an amazing backdrop for photos! We surely appreciated it!

I’ve been getting to know Liz and Elliot pretty well the past month, and I was excited to spend more time with them at their engagement session! These two are so adorable together, anyone can tell they truly enjoy being in one another’s lives. This location had special meaning to them because this is the spot that Elliot proposed to Liz! It’s always great to photograph in a location that holds special meaning to the couple. I’m looking forward to photographing their big day!
This is one of my absolutely favorite places to do family photography. It has so many different options for a photographer! So many different background options, and the trains really help to keep the kids interested. This family was great to work with, the kids were adorable and funny and the parents were equally as adorable and funny! When I was doing the photos of the kids instead of trying to “fix” the kids like some parents would do, Missy and Mark were being me making them laugh and imitating monster sounds. Everyone had a little bit of cookie monster in them this day!
Elvia and Casey’s wedding was such a blast! I absolutely LOVED her flowers, they were such a beautiful deep maroon color. Elvia and Casey were both so laid back that it made this wedding feel effortless, it helped to have such great models and Elvia’s breathtaking dress! Winter weddings can be a bit more challenging with sunset ceremonies, but that just gave me more time to do dusk portraits. The mansion, literally was glowing when we took the portrait in front of it, but there was still enough lit for the beautiful blue sky to come through and also the gorgeous greens at the waterfall!
